I’ll pay you extra for saving your time. <\/span>The amount of the commission depends on the area, the property market and the agent. It is usually the amount paid by the tenant, equivalent to one month’s rent, but in some cases it can be higher. <\/span><\/p>

It is important that the amount of the commission and the arrangements for paying it<\/span> are clearly agreed before the contract is signed – whether it is to be paid all at once or in instalments. Some countries may have restrictions on the commission, but there are no such legal restrictions in Estonia. <\/p>

In Estonia, the commission is paid by the landlord, which makes it a completely FREE service for the landlord. <\/span><\/p>
