What do we achieve in that time?
I will get back to you within 24 hours and, if needed, visit your property in person and prepare a thorough market analysis. We review the actual transaction prices of similar properties in the same area, analyse current trends and define the potential target market for your property. I give concrete recommendations on how small changes can increase the value of your property and what the next steps towards a successful deal could be.
